About This Project

 

Being appointed as the Head of Design for Ramaes Cafe and Lounge at Wyndham Harbour was a great opportunity to apply our hospitality design skills to a new and vibrant space.  The 500 square metre cafe/diner/bar was implemented with the intention of giving the locals and visitors a vibrant new place to hang out at the newly developed marina. The interior design and layout creates a clean visual link between the open spaces, guiding the customers into the environment and keeping them there with the use of warm and homely textures. The aim of the design was to create an open and welcoming place to relax and unwind while taking in the great views of the harbour. A major challenge for WAH Design was to create a space that incorporated the existing new cafe with the new expanded tenancy in a seamless manor. We achieved this by applying the same or similar materials between the two spaces. Over all it is a great result that we are very proud of.
