Print Chute

About This Project

Following on from our successful retail roll-out of the Officeworks Printer Cabinet, WAH Design were commissioned by Kodak to produce a print chute that would enable the current instant print set up to increase it’s print volume by 10 folds, this meant increasing from 30 prints to 300. Taking the design challenge on board we consulted with plastic manufactures locally and abroad and proceeded to develop the print chute concept. Once a CAD model was completed we then proceeded to produce cardboard and 3D printed prototypes. With the successful testing of the 3D prototype we proceeded with production of the final injections moulded polycarbonate chute and delivered a functioning and successful product to the existing instant print cabinets.
