Nocturnal – Shadow Under An Ancient Moon

Nocturnal – Shadow Under An Ancient Moon

Between retail design projects WAH Design likes to keep the creative juices flowing. This is why it was an easy decision to join with Billy Head from Yay Tractor to become an art collaboration and create “Shadow Under An Ancient Moon” for the Dandenong Nocturnal arts festival. Our piece aimed to provoke thought of what once was, we created the shadow of an ancient River Redgum to commemorate what the area of Dandenong was like prior to European settlement. Thus creating an appreciation of the past and the loss of something that cannot be re-gained. The final artwork had a very positive impact and made it into the local Leader news paper promoting the Dandenong Nocturnal Arts Festival.

Now back to designing shops! – Look out for our latest retail design project, the soon to be opened CK Watches and Jewelery at the Emporium Melbourne!
